Chilli Love is a chilli growing blog set up by Burt Bailey. Burt is the chairman of The British Chilli Growing Society and The Berkhamsted Chilli Growing Society. Burt likes to encourage people to grow chilli plants.
The chilli growers are people Burt knows or has met along his way and he’s given them a young chilli plant or two to grow.
The young chilli plants are grown from seeds taken from the Thai Red Birds Eye chilli plants used by one of Burts favourite London restaurants Pho Cafe.
The seeds were taken out of a chilli shortly before Burt ate it, left to dry then planted in soil and left to grow. It’s really that simple, you can do it too.
